Was greeted at the parking lot at the dealership which was a turn off but seems like it's like that at every dealership! The salesman was nice but was determined to sell me a car that day! He did show me a few cars that I like but didn't have the color I wanted it was very limited in choices so I am still looking around but I hate being pushed around and was dealing more with the finance guy then the salesman! Salesman didn't know a lot about the features of the cars!

She was also invaluable at maintaining that high level of customer service when we had a small maintenance problem that had to be resolved after our purchase.
