When three longtime south Florida friends and business partners decided to open up a waterfront seafood restaurant in Cape Coral, they came up with Rumrunner’s offering exceptional seafood and steak dishes. When you arrive at Rumrunner’s, have a seat and savor the views of the canals and boats with a frozen cocktail such as Honeydew Melon Colada or Mint Lemonade made with Smirnoff No. 21 vodka. Share an appetizer with offerings such as crispy hand-breaded oysters, Bahamian cracked conch fritters, or lump crab cakes.

From the raw bar, taste Gulf oysters’ sweet, salty flavors on the half shell, tuna poke, or a shrimp cocktail. For an entrée, order a plate of Caribbean diver scallops with a key lime beurre blanc sauce or seafood pasta covered with Gulf Coast shrimp, scallops, and mussels in a rich tomato sauce.
